You get the album if you dont cancel your pre-order if you cancel you pay for the 6 tracks offered in the preorder. You can also buy the songs individually.

Madonna is doing great SO FAR but its not surprising she has a solid devoted fanbase. But no need to get carried away with these itunes high placings until they prove to have longevity. We've seen all kinds of minor irrelevant acts come out the gates like a rocket then freefall so Im not sure why people still take itunes so seriously.
