Yes, and the rise in downloads is split over two weeks with Christmas Day right in the middle of the coming week. There will be two weeks of enhanced sales instead of just one monstrous week. Someone posted the results from 2010-2011 earlier, since this is the first even split since then.
I hope since the next Thursday is New Years Day, I am hoping Soundscan counts all the totals toward 2014 totals, but I am not sure. Sunday is 28 December, Monday is 29, and Wednesday is 31.
I do not know which year Soundscan will count as the end, but I hope with Christmas splitting the weeks, and the Christmas is of course in 2014, the downloads count toward the final tracking week for 2014, and not toward the first tracking week of 2015.
