Dance music and generic are NOT synonymous. I honestly think a lot of people do not understand the term "generic". You literally cannot tell if it's generic or not by that snippet.

And cackling @ people saying this will flop because it's "too EDM". PLEASE. "Summer" is smashing worldwide charts with no problem. This will smash regardless if you like the song or not.
I'm excited for this. I kinda wish she wasn't going the EDM route for a hit, but the song still sounds so good. It might be generic but who cares.
She didn't even wanna do an EDM song, but she stated once she heard this song she had to put it out. She said the same thing about Problem since it was very mainstream but she loved it and the success of that single proves she kinda has a good idea of the direction she's going in with this album.
I don't know why so many people are against her doing dance/more upbeat music. Clearly, people prefer that style to all of her downtempo/R&B music. If that was not the case, she would have had more hits in her past era.
