I only read the excerpt in the OP - and yes mocking black women with stereotypes is disrespectful. But using terms or things that are prevalent among black women and applying it to yourself isn't wrong in my opinion.

Not to mention recruiters are now bound to look at your social media profiles before hiring you and therefore can deny you a job if they see that you are gay.

I don't who you're replying to but I didn't say it was easy to do anything.
I'm the software development manager at a very large IT firm in the United States.
You're not talking to some teenager without experience.
The fact remains, you don't have to reveal to your employer which gender you have sex with.
