The most polarizing part of these election results isn't that she lost, but that I expected her to easily win. I'm pretty sure everyone did.
He insulted nearly every single minority group out there. At one point, we were surprised when a day went by where he didn't insult someone. He got away with all of it, unbelievable.

It didn't matter in the election because those groups weren't large enough to decide the winner. He catered to the interests of the biggest electorate, white men, while Hillary alienated them. It's not hard to see she was not going to win this in a landslide.

The people will be here for his second term even if he does a bad job, the Dems really need a good traditional intelligent and charismatic white guy to defeat him, I'm sorry but it's the truth, Warren or M.Obama won't do any different than Clinton.
Because we didn't cater to them is the reason why they now have all of the power and we get nothing for the next 4 years.
Going back to the original point Adonis made, not everyone is made for college and/or not everyone can afford to go to college. Let's not forget that those who do go to college usually come out of it deep in debt and cannot get on their feet. It is completely elitist to assume everyone can or wants to take the same path as you in life. You should be able to make a decent living and live with dignity without having to go to college. The point of college should be for jobs/careers that require higher skills, not a requirement for whether or not you can make a decent living.
Is Trump and the republicans the answer to that? Hell ****ing no. But what other option do some of these people have but to hope things will change?
We need to get out of our bubbles if we want to win going forward because this is not going to get better. Democrats have put fourth some solutions but they're so terrible at getting the message out. Plus they're going against those on the right who are misinformed or misinform. We have to be louder like they are. We have to be grounded in principle and not cave in. There's more of us than there are of them but our people don't turn out to vote or they get complacent.
You can have never set a foot in a college and still have a understanding of the current political climate. I'm talking about the ones that don't.
Hilary had the Obama endorsement, every pop star she could, 30 years of experience, 8 years of preperation, a former president as a husband, the FBI conviently clearing her right before the election, and every media outlet in the country on her side.
What it came down to was not enough Americans trusted her. She's dishonest and a proven liar with mass speculation of stealing money from her own charity.
I can't wait until Trumps inauguration in one of the most liberal areas of the country, Washington DC. There are going to be so many protestors. I hope they shut him out on his big day.
