It was fantastic. I remember streaming the song for the first time in the middle of nowhere with really ****** internet whilst on a trip having read "GAGA TOM FORD" in some post that had half-loaded on my phone, and thinking "Who's singing this? They're really cool...oh **** it's Gaga!"

The fact they could have milked TF(M) for months and months but they didn't.

I mean, it is kind of good in a way. She wasn't doing much for the second half of 2010 and she still got a lot of backlash and overexposure in the BTW era. If she had gone nonstop from January 2009 to August 2011, it could have negatively affected a lot of the era.

if they would have kept milking TFM, we wouldn't have got BTW sooner and Gaga might have also have changed lot of songs on BTW so i am happy in a certain way it ended quickly

The label wanted to continue pushing the tracks but Gaga was already ready for the next chapter. Her work ethic during that time was unbelievable. And I know how badly it affected her health but this is the Gaga I loved the most because she knew she was slaying and just so confident and hungry for the top. I hope she has that same hunger again next year.

I don't wish anything about her career was different because it's all led up to this point, and I really, truly believe she is about to deliver her best work so far, and I think it'll be a record we'll listen to in 5, 10, even 20 years and still love. She's abandoned following trends and is focusing on a more timeless sound, look and legacy and that is exactly what she should be doing.
