Listened to "Hair" today and got nostalgic and felt sad. I didn't know how much I needed that song until it came out. God it (the whole album really) has aged amazingly.
and LMAO at someone coming for "Marry The Night" in any way, shape or form.
Marry The Night was very popular in the UK at the time, people loved the song and the video. It always was sung in class and stuff by people randomly, I see to remember. Maybe because of the X Factor exposure.

you ****ers didn't even get it to the top 10, begone
I wonder when will Gaga have a ballad hit under her belt. Those songs are always more remembered, easier on the ears of my people & music snobs, can be played on many occasions & feel more timeless than typical pop & dance music too, which is why Adele is so successful. She's been pretty soulful lately so a ballad hit would do great things for her
A ballad lead single could be interesting. It would almost promote itself with the fact that it would be Gaga singing a (hopefully) relatable ballad and I feel like radio would really get on board if it was strong enough. We'd have to watch for Adele comparisons though.
People been releasing ballads as lead singles since forever so I'm sure the Adele comparison won't matter. It's not like they're any of the same. I feel like the GP is here for her stripped down and vocal showcasing stuff after C2C & the Oscars performance more now so it might be a good idea for a ballad lead single. She just gotta sing it in a nice & relaxed tone like the Sound Of Music performance, not the "edgy" & "theatrical" Dope vocals
