See, now this really makes me either want to do or see someone else host a TRL Retired Songs rate (or maybe even a series of rates). Someone needs to make this a reality...even if that has to be me.
As an aside, I really have to start paying attention to how doing rates work here, because I had ZERO idea, for the longest time, where my place was on the queue, when a good time would be to start any of my rates, etc. It doesn't do much to confuse me nowadays, though, so there's that.
