Lea is releasing her EP "Farewell"
One of the tracks went from 100% to 61% because there's another song with the same title. I hate that.

OMFG that literally happened to me and it brings down the album quality so much. One single song could make an album bad.

Siren era
Following the success of the Youth era, Reese rushed into the studio with Max Martin and Alchemist to record her sophomore album. While her debut album, Youth, was pure bubblegum pop, with Sirens Reese went a more urban route like she had wanted to from the very beginning. The lyrical direction was quite different as well, with Reese ditching the whole love and sunshine girl next door portrayal for that of a grown up sexy seductress.
All 5 singles from the album went #1 (Her second single, Yours, becoming the best selling single of all time), from Get None in August 2014 to Siren in December 2016, tying Michael Jackson and Katy Perry for the most #1s from a single album. The album debuted and peaked at #2 in the US and WW, and went on to sell 960k copies WW. Shortly after the album release Reese embarked on The Siren Tour, with 148 dates WW the tour grossed $257M in total.

Alex Kang released his DVD-GH "Videographic" after his flop Re-Release. The critics gave it a 17 call it a waste of time. Alex also marked this date to announce his new album "Grown" for April 2026.
Alex called it the grown version of his very first album "Talk About Love"
Alex Kang - Grown
Genre: Pop/R&B - R&B
Producers: Alex Kang; Akon; Daft Punk
Songrwiter: Alex Kang
Themes: Love Songs - Back To Basics
1. Shut Up (produced by Akon)
2. Saturday Nights Ft. Royce Da 5'9" (produced by Alex Kang)
3. All Over Again Ft. Dr. Dre (produced by Daft Punk)
4. Grown (produced by Alex Kang)
5. Just (produced by Alex Kang)
6. Emotions (produced by Alex Kang)
7. Make Me Love U (produced by Alex Kang)
8. Here Tonight (produced by Alex Kang)
9. Other Side Of The Story (produced by Alex Kang)
10. On My Own (produced by Alex Kang)
11. Only Time (produced by Alex Kang)
12. Another Way (produced by Alex Kang)
13. In My World Part.2 (produced by Alex Kang)
For this album Alex Kang shared that he worked with all the producers and songwriters he worked with in the past and revealed to have recorded more than 60 songs for this album (30 songs each themes, without counting the opportunity tracks you buy at $5.000 and the collabs). He also shared that he has worked with Chris Brown, Common, Ariana Grande, Justin Timberlake and also the new groups Real then Gone (a rap girl group created in 2018) and their member Saquina Barker, and Young Money (a R&B boy group created in 2022).
___
Both of the groups are created by the game not me. Real then Gone Members had me SCREAMING how on earth he created a Rap Girl Group with those names: Saquina Barker (rapper) - Cassandra Murray (singer) - Davisha Rowe (rapper) - Davonte Cantrell (rapper) - Latoyia Lane (rapper).
I lowkey wanted to sign them 70%, but they are under Aftermath.

Interview on Good Morning America
Quote:
Host: Welcome back to Good Morning America, Lea! It's great to see you again.
Lea: Thank you, I love it here, the environment is so upbeat and everyone's lovely here.
Host: How has life been treating you lately?
Lea: Life has been amazing, honestly. These past few years, I've been pinching myself every day because I find it strange that this success has happened to me. I started out when I was 17 and now I'm here at the age of 33, with support from all of my amazing and heart warming fans.
Host: You currently have the biggest selling album ever, with Sober. It stands at 6 million, so your fans truly are dedicated and not just them, but the GP really have taken to you.
Lea: Haha, well thank you. Honestly. That's really kind of you to say but I'm not sure why, but I guess I've been doing something right which is great! I was never expecting Sober to take off like it has, but I'm forever thankful and I'm happy that it's connected with so many people. It makes me overwhelmed in the best way.
Host: Haha it sure is. So you're here to promote your latest single and your upcoming EP. The single is called "I Got You" and the EP is called "Farewell", what do you have to say about them?
Lea: Yeah, I Got You is the lead single from "Farewell" and Farewell will be the last project I work on before retiring, so I really wanted to create something solely for my fans and for those who have supported me for the last 16 years. I wanted to speak to them and I wanted to make sure they knew how grateful I was and I'll never ever take it for granted nor will I ever forget the love they have shown me.
Host: So the retirement is final? There's no coming back?
Lea: Yeah, I will be retiring for real, it's not a year or two year break. I'm going on a long break. I feel like where I am today, I'm on the top of the world and being on top of the world, I want to explore it, I want to enjoy it, dive into it and see things I've yet to see, to experience and to live. I've dedicated the best years of my life to music and music will forever hold a deep place in my heart and who knows I may do a Lily Allen and come back within 6 years, but I don't think I will be. That's why this EP, "Farewell", I put everything into it, my heart and soul. Even my tears. Sounds cliche but I did cry, because it's hard to say goodbye to something you love and I hope and pray my fans don't think I'm abandoning them.
Host: Well that is understandable and you're right, it is up to you when you feel is the right time to step away, however it's not like you're turning the lights off and going to hide under a rock, you'll be around just not releasing music.
Lea: Oh, well I was going to do the rock idea but now you've exposed that plan. Haha. But no exactly, I'll still be around, I'm just stepping away from releasing music.
Host: Do you have a favourite track from this EP?
Lea: There's one track that really sticks with me, whenever I listen to it, I do choke up because it's that special to me. It's called "Thank You" and it's from my heart to my fans.
Host: Well I can't wait to listen to it, I'm sure it's a real tear jerker. It's been great to see you again, Lea, but before we go, have you got any last words for your fans?
Lea: I would just like to say thank you to every single person who has supported me, even if you just bought one of my songs, an album or have come to see me on tour. You are the reason my dream has come true, I gave you my trust and you gave me your love. You've been there through the best times and the not so best times, but you have never given up on me and stuck by. So thank you so so much and I hope you like the EP. Thank you and god bless, I love you.
