Top Voice songs on is really good, not surprised about their performance (rooting for Melanie, i really liked that cover).

This season The Voice has really a great crop of people.
And the song choices keep being interesting, episode after episode.
I am glad they have used Florence and The Machine a lot, and I am glad Amanda and Melanie are keeping the alt/rock vibe intact through all that they are singing.

I wish Blake would give Terry and his wonderful voice some more britpop vibes to sing, or some Arctic Monkeys-styled stuf, and I'd be set.

And then there is Nicholas.
That guy is the darkest of horses but he never misses a note.

And Trevin... I am praying he's safe.
That voice is too great to be wasted when somebody like Dez might go Top 4

If that's so, the voted out contestant will be the one at the lowest at the itunes chart then...?

It's not that easy to predict.
Songs purchase counts as vote but if you go top ten, it counts x10 (I think).
But votes come also through sms (till ten) Facebook (till x ten) and phone (till x 10).
So iTunes is just one of the ways to vote.
People like Cassadee who have established fanbases in the range of 20.000 are safe by default.
Think that there are many older people who don't buy the songs but vote multiple times the other ways, so iTunes is not such a clear way to guess who's gonna be sent home.
And each week TWO contestants are out.
It seems so far the one at higher risk are Trevin (!!!!!!! Forbidden!!!!) Sylvia, Cody and I think Bryan.
But it's all up in the air.
No real predictions can be made only through iTunes.

if i am a supporter of my fav., i will definitely use the itunes chart as my reference, if i see my fav. at the lowest position of the chart, i better panic & do something to compensate the difference..... quite unfair to the contestants & viewers for this kind of transparency..
On the other hand, if a contestant at high position in the chart being eliminated, viewers will definitely start to suspect the "decision" too...

It was really beautiful.
She is not really that much for me, but even I had to agree she delivered in a much emotional way.
What made the song a must for everybody was the pledge of her coach Blake though: he sold her even better than she sold herself with the song.
It was the most intense moment of the night and people were receptive (she was selling on iTunes though even with sub-par performances so the point is that her fanbase always buys her, making her a threat for the final victory).

No conspiracy there people know how you can vote and how many times. To ignore the rules doesn't make them foggy... it makes them not fully used at your advantage.

Once the number of contestants get reduced though every supporter will start to use all the arrows to hit the target and hopefully by then the obvious fanbase advantage Cassadee has will vanish in favor of someone more deserving than her of "The Voice" title.

Because she may be cute and all, but The Voice she is definitely not.

Sometimes watching people need to be awaken to the full set of voting options and it generally happens when a frontrunner gets eliminated because of lack of votes (and everybod goes "how that was remotely possible? how can I vote better next time?").

Still this Season of the show has the fairest voting system so far.
And many people this time are worthy competitors for the final title.
That's why the show keeps being very entertaining and interesting (at least to me).
