Kendrick- Most acclaimed no hits tbh even tho Alright was a bit known for its message
Drake- biggest album seller
Nicki- mainstream hits, urban hits.
Dr. Dre- long awaited comeback- Did critics like this?
J Cole- sold as much as Kendrick I think and had some small urban hits, No Role Modelz seems to be the bigggest one

Yeah quality wise it's pretty easy for him to take the top spot but the only other two i could see getting it is Jcole then drake (wasn't his best but still solid).

If the Bad Blood hit-maker doesn't win this, I say Dr. Dre wins it. I think the album did decently on year end lists, but Dre is also a household name and a veteran.
