Eh. Rape that happens to men is literally that, just rape. Implying "male rape" as a thing also implies that "rape" is a female thing when it's most certainly is not. I get where you're coming from but it's the same crime regardless of gender.
It is treated in society differently but that's because makes and females are treated differently not because there's a difference between the rape of males and females. Either way I agree with you people should not be laughing at this because it's gross and it's just as bad to be making fun of him possibly being raped in jail as it is him raping those women because rape, regardless of gender, is no laughing matter.
