I just understand how their voices mysteriously go back to the regular tone. they sound like a baby and when I went by it, it stopped and started meowing very softly and rolling on the ground wanting to play. I close the blinds and left.

They just want the attention from someone. My cat does the same. Sometimes it sounds like she calling someone's name.
