BYE at some of you not seeing the point of this. It is that even though he may be eating "unhealthy", he is still able to lose weight through exercise. Exercising your body is the MOST important thing if you want to lose weight. Going on a diet and doing nothing with your body will NOT help.
I wish McDonald's would make me fatter though. I work there so I eat it almost every day and I have gained nothing, I'm still too skinny
