The big problem with Beyonce's era was the material it just wasn't good enough to crossover and Beyonce needs crossover support to be huge. Promotion and endless videos can only get you so far.

He did, he "limited" her. He took the back seat in her career since B'Day so he was not so important to her success, she just needs to fing a good team on her own. And without his influence she recorded the best two albums of her career. He is not good. Plus we will have had more dramas in the media with his mistress, son, how he supposely did wrong to Kelly (who is still flopping harder btw) and Letoya's team would have found a way to release something the same day as one of Bey's singles and spread the news that he is trying to sabbotage her. She is better off without him.
Let's not make this about something that it's not, her lead single put people off the way it rarely ever happens in the music industry, she lost the radio support with that because it is very difficult to rebound after that point. Her songs are not being played at radio and she still almost sold a million of that album.

He is one vote, just like John Legend is one vote, like some other producers and managers are one vote. Yet how many other people in this industry get 16 Grammys? Oh that's what I thought. She has them, she deserved them at this moment she is dusting them with her pregnant belly at home smiling.
Some people really need to get over it.
