THE FAME AS A WHOLE LEFT A BIG IMPACT GLOBALLY AS COMPARED TO T.D, WORLDWIDE SALES and imprint TRULY PROVE AN ERA'S SUCCESS . The music, videos, choreo and fashion has THE FAME AND THE FAME MONSTER IN ANOTHER LEAGUE YET TO BE TOPPED AND GAGA'S LYRICS AMAAAAZING. (NO SHADE)-TEENAGE DREAM IS LOVELY BUT ITS IMPACT WAS MOSTLY FELT LOCALLY
Teenage Dream. Almost any Youtube person who covers songs and have a lot of subscribers did at least 2-3 TD songs. Even Glee did Firework, Teenage Dream, and now, Last Friday Night. It might have low album sales compared to TFM, but the Single Sales compensate for it. TFM had a nice tour though, while TD is nothing special.

I see you've returned from the local hospital's psych ward.
So TFM (inflated) single sales stand ~15-16m WW, when TD accurate single sales are over 20m in the US alone, not to mention WW figures and that TD era hasn't finished yet and 6th single is about to enter itunes top 10.
TFM itself sold around 4-5m max, TD probably around the same.
(And no TF + TFM combined is barely at 13m WW, not 17m, mediatraffic/soundscan numbers >>> gagascan numbers)
TD was nominated for Album of the Year, so was TFM.
Katy hasn't finished touring yet, so we don't know how she'll gross, besides gaga's 2 is more like 2 tours combined: The Fame Ball + The Monster Ball, so it shouldn't even count. It's the same if Katy will continue touring with her next album and combine the total with this album's tour.
BR is iconic, but "iconic" is very flexible. BR is iconic for some, CG or ET is iconic for others. It's just a matter of opinion. Lets keep the argument objective and stick with numbers.
Not a stan of any of the 2, but to me, TD absolutely obliterates TFM to the ground.
