He kinda deserves it for being a bitch to Madonna and his family, but Madonna should help no matter because he is still his family member , his brother. They both share the same blood. If Madonna gives him a home it would be generous and nice. No matter what the problem is, Madonna should still give him a hand( Even though he was a bitch) and she will get the help back when she needs it the most. I think you have him confused with the other brother.
It's her brother. She has half a billion dollars and it's disgusting that she's letting him sleep in the streets. If he's a junkie, that's all the more reason why she should help him. She doesn't have to have personal contact with him if she doesn't want to, but she should help him - only blind stanning will keep you from seeing that this is very cheap (in every sense of the word) behavior.
