Its still doesn't justify her not helping him. If i was as super rich as her and even if i had no money, i would definitely help my siblings and would never give up on them even if they were drug addicts or backstabbers,there is always a tough way of helping them change but 'neglecting' is beastly, cause my love for them is unbreakable. Love is about caring for others during bad and good times, no one is perfect and there is a famous quote "YOU ARE YOUR BROTHERS KEEPER" Anyway, it may not be her fault that she is cold, probably she had a tough upbringing.
