Played it in the car this morning to work and The beat KNOCKS. The bass > Completely different experience than listening on your computer, phone, or with headphones.
I'm trying to like them, cause I absolutely adore r&b girl groups and we desperately need one, but their music is so horrible (all 3 songs so far) and nothing about their looks or their voices is clicking with me. Maybe I'm rushing my judgement.
Good luck to them though. If they succeed, that might open doors for more r&b groups to come up and I NEED that
They'll have time to build a pop audience in the future, but they don't wanna make the same mistake Tinashe did and try to crossover before finding an established audience first.
Yeah, I'm not really clicking with this track at all. I just hope it does well for the sake of the group's album campaign coming through mildly at the least. It's sad, these girls are capable of more.
Purchased! "It's Alright" and "All of Us" > this though, but even the both of them aren't lead-single material. This sounds like a good grower though, and the girls are at least serving energy (although I can't hear Gabby?). At least they'll knock this out of the park live as they did with the other tracks. Hopefully this does well.
Gabby is the one rapping in the second verse ( at least one of)
Why is it so hard for musicians to make good songs nowadays? I swear everything is garbage and a hit depends on whether or not radio likes you. I just don't understand why certain musicians can't come up with a good song one that doesn't need 30 spins to grow on you or one that you don't have to debate.
Lyndriette, girl, don't give up your bus pass down at the MARTA just yet!
