Saw it last night. It had a few highlights (Psylock was the worst part followed by the painfully bad CGI) but it definitely ranks #5 in the X-Men films.
DOFP > X-2 > First Class > X-Men > Apocalypse > Last Stand
Saw this again. God, the CGI was worse than I remember which was disappointing. I can't at some of y'all trying it with the acting - it was on point, even JLaw's which is weaker than her best performance in First Class.
This is so Last Stand reminiscent it's crazy. I remember in trailers for Last Stand I saw the part where Storm lifts herself up outside Jean's house and thought wow that's weird how fake it looks and they'd show it in the trailer. They must be going to fix it for the actual movie...
Re-watched Xmen and X2 yesteday. I didn't remember Jubilee was a background character in that timeline too Singer is a mess Not him repeating the same character and paying her dust again.

I saw and I really liked it. The story of En Sabah Nur was great, the plot and script were rather typical with no interesting action sequences (like when they clashed with Mystique at Paris in DOFP), but it was a good super hero movie regardless.
Idc what anyone says, they should introduce mutants like Dust, Mercury, Hellion. It'd be sl dope to see mutants that some people have never even heard of before be in the films. Instead of rehashing the same ones. Hell, even Avalanche. His powers are cool.
I really want to see Dust, Mercury and Hellion They had a perfect opportunity to introduce Dust in this film but it was Moria instead They might appear in new mutants I guess.
