You know the unnatural level of vocal editing in this song is a) done on the backing layer of vocals and b) very, very intentional, right? It's not something you can just call an objectively bad production choice; it's a subjective element that supplements the rest of the song. You can dislike it, sure, but to claim that this version is worse solely due to the use of vocal editing is kind of off-base.
Giving so much hope for the album.
