need some advice, I've been so strict on my diet for the past 4-5 months eating from 800-1300 calories a day to get my bf down, I want to increase my calorie intake but w/out gaining weight.. Any help?
Also I'm currently on a re-feed day & idk how people manage to eat 2500-3000 calories a day naturally, it's 5pm here & as of now I've eaten 850 calories. I'm stuffed.
