That's not a guarantee tho. DoL is supposed to be a "nostalgia" pack, filled with anime cards so "Collectors" buy it, actually that's its original name "Collector's Pack". Asuka's cards being released now make sense since she's gonna return to the anime, BUT doesn't mean she's gonna use the same cards, it's only some sort of cross-promotion of "hey new fans, this girl is Asuka and last time we saw her was in the GX part of the series, so go buy the pack to experience what she was like!".
Kaito's new cards being in the pack is actually surprising, cuz they are literally new cards for a collector's pack, but I guess they did it that way to bump sales, cuz I'm sure Kaito's other cards (which obviously he will have, just wait for tonight's episode) will be in the upcoming main booster.
So if you wanna complete a Kaito/Cipher deck you gotta buy Invasion of Venom and DoL's boxes/packs.
BUT that could also work for Asuka, so that's the only thing that gives me hope, cuz in the case she uses new Cyber Angel Rituals she will most likely use the same Ritual Spell, and if her new Ritual Monsters (if there really are) will be obviously in the main sets, most likely in Invasion of Venom, then how will you get the Ritual Spell?? By buying DoL packs of course.
