GFOTY, Hannah Diamond and FKA twigs are my main inspirations as a songwriter. I also really appreciate how Melanie Martinez has managed to build an entire world around her music - I think it's really clever, even if I unstanned her earlier this year, what she does is great.

5. Side to Side (feat. Nicki Minaj) - The island vibe is cute, I suppose? I'd rather it not be there, though. The pre-chorus is great, especially the last one! I don't think it's enough for me to revisit the song, but it'd be enough for me to keep it on if it came on radio. I can see it growing on me, but like I said, I probably won't revisit it. 6.5/10

6. Let Me Love You (feat. Lil Wayne) - Lil Wayne is the only thing preventing this from being a 10. I'm not about to be all like "Lol Lil Wayne sucks xD", but he's just not meant for this song. His voice just isn't smooth enough. Drake or The Weeknd would've been better, and the latter would've even elevated the song, in my opinion. The dark sound of this song has me LIVING, though.

7. Greedy - Yeah, I can hear the K-Pop in it. This would be a K-Pop song I'd listen to once and forgot existed, though. Like, she's taking us to church with the GREEDYYYYY part, but it's forgettable if not for that. I also mostly prefer males in K-Pop

As I typed this, the key change came and I changed my mind. She gets another point. 8/10

8. Leave Me Lonely (feat. Macy Gray) - Macy Gray is actively bringing the song down. I don't like the roughness of their voice! I guess it makes the song sound more "artsy"? Well, regardless, this is a low point on the album. A Moonlight forgettable tea. 6/10

Going to sound predictable here and say "Now through these newborn windows / Virgin sunlight shines" was my best part. Idk why Clarkson dragged the newborn windows part (or said he was going to) because I took it as a sort of opportunity being there that wasn't before, with the sunlight representing a more hopeful outlook.
