No way Chanel is the killer. She didn't even kill the girl some years ago, it was the red devil, because he appears when everyone runs away. Also she was too shocked that Ms Beanie actually did die, for it to be planned. But then again the show is a bit nonsensical. Pete holding the devil mask with a grin. Graces dad having an affection for 1995 playlists and some minutes before that Grace discovering the 1995 playlist. Cathy having a motive and looking evil into the camera, also saying to Graces dad that she can guarantee that Grace won't die, etc.
They really want to give everyone a motive and I don't think they already know who the red devil really is.

I think Gigi is the girl who stayed up with the girl who had the baby. I mean she watched the mom die and she also poked a corpse in the eye, I think that would be rather traumatic.
