It's pretty pointless nowadays. But you can try. Request Applause (Gaga's best song!) + like 2/3 songs that are Top 10 on iTunes or something
I did Bad Romance + Years & Years King and Grimes Oblivion, don't know if they would play the last one tho, I will go Applause+King and something by Sam Smith or Taylor Swift because I think they would play it.
Oh **** that reminds me, have any of y'all heard this mashup? I still can't believe how perfectly they fit. The anthem of the gaymer community I'd presume.
I'm so sad that literally no album or track is charting in UK top 1500, that's pretty sad.. On the other hand The Fame and Cheek to Cheek are charting in US with Just Dance and Poker Face in top 1500 songs, at least US is showing her some love even a little.

The UK are very fickle and mostly only react to either legends from the 90s and back, or people that are popular right now. They are a very receptive market however, and will buy all her staples when the new era starts up.
He also mentioned on Twitter that he might upload the intro to ARTPOP from the artRAVE.
This was WAY too much live, I remember a lot of people complaining when we were in the pit section that it was 'too loud". Starlight didn't help things, of course.
Although I always though this was cute
Unpopular opinion: I wouldn't mind a Starlight produced track eventually, even just a bonus track or something. I'm kinda surprised it hasn't happened already.
Venus wasn't single worthy, and thank GOODNESS a miracle happened and Do What U Want was decided to get released ahead and show the real single worthy song.
Like she stupidly shouts "NEPTUNE. SATURN. JUPITAAAA!!! TAKE ME TO YO PLANET" or whatever, and y'all thought that was gonna be some hit that radio actually gave a chance and the public took her back with?
It's good, but in a messy gay way like Jewels N Drugs, Swine, and most of ARTPOP. Not in a 'it should be a single and the public should know it exists' way remotely. That song would've ended the era just as quick as G.U.Y..
Quoted for truth. When Venus came out I boppedT to it dozens of times a day and loved it. Now I pretend it doesn't exist.
You guys should just turn in your stan cards now if you're gonna complain about charts. She could easily flop with the next album
I think we all know that.
I (personally) don't care. I've said it before, as long as I like her music, I don't care if she sells 2, 200,000 or 20,000,000 copies
I don't think it will underperform or flop. Commercially it will be a mediocore album for its time but critically it will be well-received. Mark my words.

I see why they wanted Venus as a single. It sounded like Lady Gaga novelty and it had a strong chorus. A really Gaga-extravaganza video would have also given her some really memorable moments. If they gave it a radio deal + all the TV performances, Top 10 would have been on lock with the help of a really crazy video. Do What U Want was just a safer bet I guess.
