It's so overrated and I don't know why people think it would make any impression on the charts when compared to other songs. A ballad wouldn't stand a chance on mainstre pop radio, at least Adele's singles had a faster tempo.

I don't think she has released a ballad since What It Feels Like For a Girl, and the single release was remixed to heaven and back. Interestingly, the longest Madonna song to stay at #1 was Take a Bow, and she certainly wasn't winning any awards in the popularity stakes during Bedtime Stories.

But then again I think the same of 'Turn Up The Radio' and how it was a perfect Summer song that could have gotten moderate radio plays and then the irony I never heard it on the radio.

I've never connected with TUTR, I think it's rather boring. Love Superstar but the lyrics are soooo cheesy haha. Her True Blue 2012. Superstar has a great melody though, I was expecting her to do it on tour.

TUTR isn't one of my faves on the album but it could've been a smash but ageist radio stations just would not play it . I even got a very cocky reply from radio 1 about it.

Masterpiece was a UK single when W.E. came out, but made little impact. I think it was barely Top 40 on the charts.

Did you know that Music (Party Rock Remix) aka the version used in the Super Bowl was supposed to be the closing song on the MDNA Tour. I would have been here for it but I think that the Celebration/Give It 2 Me is good too.

If she had performed it on Graham Norton, sent it to BBC Radio 2 and hyped up a release it could have gone at least top 20 in the UK.
