What is there to about? One Direction have lyrics written for them and most of the time it matches their image. Rihanna has lyrics written for her, and most of the time it matches her image. If Gaga hypothetically had writers, why would it be different? If you're a ghostwriter you're not gonna send an eccentric popstar with a distinctive sound something that wouldn't sound realistic with her.

Well you gave that example about Pokerface or let's say for the albume the Fame. Who would hire ghostwriters for their debut album? That's a lot of money that a starting artist does not have. She had 3 outfits in total, what makes you believe she'd splash out cash for a ghost writer. Not that it's unheard of in general but unheard of for a debut and something being in a different sound as well. It was a gamble as it is.
Labels can hire ghostwriters too. Also, for example: much of The Fame was already written with Rob Fusari,so in this hypothetical situation, it wouldn't be expensive to have a small-time producer (who's also your friend/ boyfriend) write lyrics for you and then let you take the credit. Ironically, that's possible considering their undisclosed lawsuit and the fact that Rob and Wendy Starland (the woman who scouted her) claim to have given Gaga the image she has today.
All I'm saying is that the idea of Gaga being manufactured, or not being as authentic as she sounds wouldn't be far fetched in her case. I'm sure she's written all her lyrics and that she is who she says she is (to an extent). I wouldn't even hate or bash on her if she wasn't. I'm just open to the possibility of things not being what we're told they are.

If a label gave a recently signed artist an "advance" (meaning, a budget for these ghostwriters), that also involves conditions. The label would dictate many of her choices of wardrobe, image, provide publicity training, etc. to make her as profitable as possible. Gaga was quite ostracizing, even at her most tame, and simply did not have many of those things I just mentioned.
Also LOL, Rob Fusari is not a small time producer. Though he wasn't among the rankings of Max Martin and Dr. Luke, he already had a somewhat impressive resume. I highly doubt his ego and the repertoire of the artists he worked with, would come cheap or would he allow his writing credits to be subsided for a then no-name aspiring pop/rock singer.

Well,I didn't know he wrote for other big artists. He was still in a relationship with her though,so anything is possible.
