She won another Ivor which is better than the Mercury she's too mainstream for that ... she won Billboards, BBC music, a few awards in Europe the only things she lost are the VMAs & the Emmy. VMAs we all know why and the Emmys one was a potty vite the other bc she & Bey split the votes.

Queen needs to host SNL or cameo on a show or something and get ha Emmy that way.

There's no such thing as not being transparent in wanting any of the EGOT awards imo, and that's not a crime. It's not like the academy pulls from everywhere, the works are purposefully submitted by their creators.

Totally agree on the SNL bit. If the BBC special was any indication, she can pull off that kind of stuff well, and hopefully not singing and just making jokes will mean her live TV nerves will be better.

Wow, that's quite the dream, Daydreams....

The funny thing is that I had a dream about Adele last night, too. I was walking through this mall, and there was a TV, and I sat down in front of it and Adele was on a talk show (like Live with Kelly or something like that) and she was performing a new song (in the middle of the 25 era). Does anyone remember the song she mentioned that was like, Barbra Streisand, Meat Loaf, Celine Dion, and Beyoncé all rolled into one that got cut from 25? It was like, that song.... It kind of had a country/rock sound like "Sweetest Devotion," but it was a big song for her (vocally) like "Rolling in the Deep" and it was like... I don't know.. I comprehended the lyrics in my dream and I just remember how good they were! It was the weirdest dream, but it was really great! (And not as disappointing as the one I had after the Adele concert, where I dreamed that I had stayed in the stands after and got to meet her.... )

nn I was joking. I think what cost her was the attention the Carpool Karaoke thing has gotten over the past year.

I agree about 21. I've been listening to it more frequently because I was listening to 25 every day on the way to and from school and work. The only CDs I have in my car are 19, 21, and 25, so I try and alternate between them but I almost always listen to 25. But woo, Lord.... 21 has been giving me so much life lately! I've missed listening to it!
