I'm always hot n cold on that one. One day I think it's full of filler, and the next, every album track is a smash that got away. More than with most of her albums I tend to separate the singles from the body of work, but taken with the amazing hits it's an excellent album. A grand, luxurious piece. Never her best tho.

She loves the Magic Hour. That's the ultimate for her. When it's almost dark, the sun has gone down, and there's still that little bit of light left, that breeze is still there and it's still hot out........

The interludes I love the most are those on Rhythm Nation and Damita Jo.

Ugh this is the worst. She literally talks about nothing on the DJ interludes. EVERYBODY likes going on tropical vacations.

I like the way they flow into the music though. Magic Hour into Island Life is especially pretty. I'd like it more without her stupid monologue.

I really love Whoops Now. I'll never forget when I first heard the album and discovered it as a bonus track, such a nice surprise.

I felt the same way about Can't Be Stopped.

I can't with the Damita Jo interludes though...just Looking For Love and The Magic Hour are enough.
