I ran these numbers a couple days back (but it's probably important to know that there's not just one method of calculating it):

So this is debuting right where ARTPOP probably would have if it were released today, but with a fraction of the televised appearances or performances [she's literally had 2?], without a single on radio (ARTPOP had 2), minimal-to-no worldwide promo at all, and far less commercial material. |
Now that it's pulled 199k~ I think we can officially say it's debuted above ARTPOP (technically, of course).
