True, it's guaranteed that she will work with him. 5 tracks sounds fine though. So long as he doesn't submit filler like "Ghost" again.
Fact: PRISM is Katy's only album that has album tracks produced by Dr. Luke.

She has three albums now. She just needs to think about what worked and what didn't and avoid the stuff that didn't and build on the stuff that did with new ideas and melodies.
She could easily get like 4 #1s with the right material and the current competition
