There was. I think you are thinking of the individual jury-votes/televotes for EACH country. However for 2013, "What If" was voted (televotes) as #5 while juries ranked the song #10
I'm surprised at Golden Boy's success. The beat recicled from Turkey's 2003 and 2009 entries, the late 90s performance, the tragic outfits... apparently it worked for him
