With details, like last year they released all of them but there wasn't anything like that for 2013 at least that's what I remember, I might've missed it though.
In 2013, they released the televoting and jury result with an "average ranking" instead of flat out releasing the rankings of all the juries and televoting like they do now, which makes some people think that Denmark might not have won on fair terms.
I don't think EBU would rig the contest for an Eastern European country let alone Russia.
