I agree.
the distorted Billboard of recent is just uncomfortable at times to see.
If they were to pay it backwards because there were streaming services like Launch, Aol and such that tracked "popularity" of songs and videos then I could understand that it's a more information age/internet era decision.
They are not doing that even though that information was tracked weekly.
I'm glad Billboard is changing the weight of areas that can be easier to manipulate and adding more to actual and factual sales.
