I'm keeping a file of every Monday's AI report dating back to the last one in November, and of AS+R Country, Alternative, Active Rock (Top 50), and AAA (Top 25) ranked by Audience every week back to the last Monday in September. I need to be adding the numbers up I guess so I can see who's leading airplay right now, at least for AI. The other formats are more for year-end rankings, but I probably need to do something with them too.

The 38k sales kworb predicts are nearly enough alone.
If it sells that and has a couple of streams (really doesn't have to be much) it will debut.

Does Work have the highest ratio streaming for a #1 song since the rules keep changing. Streaming is more then half its points percentage.
Florida's My House is the most rounded on Streaming Radio and Sales its pretty much level on all three interesting.

It would have to be the same scenario for a song (viral meme used in user created youtube videos)
Just... even more

Great! Hopefully it can debut this week if radio keeps eating the track up.

Maybe a few songs are going recurrent in the next couple of weeks and that can help it because the bullets for the 3 formats it's on are currently in the negatives so it might peak next week or the following.
At this point 20 weeks below top 50 and recurrents might make the difference.

The track remains at No. 1 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs for a fifth week, mostly due to streaming, with 44.4 million domestic streams logged through the week ending March 3. The amount of plays that the song received during the most recent tracking period is more than double that of the second-highest streamed song in the U.S.: Zayn’s “Pillowtalk” (17.2 million clicks).

It still drives me crazy the rule isn't 50/26/-4 and no 25/52. Uptown Funk would be on week 69 in the Hot 100 right now, would've spent over 60 weeks in the Top 40, and probably had tied Jewel's T 30 record 56 weeks she achieved WITH A DOUBLE SIDED SINGLE!!! BB better take this 25/52 rule cutting badly into UFs longevity into account when they put out the 2018 all time Hot 100!

Mike Posner, "I Took a Pill in Ibiza"
Quote:
The pop singer-songwriter's comeback single continues climbing toward the Hot 100's top 10, lifting 15-14. Posner scored his lone top 10, the No. 6-peaking "Cooler Than Me," in 2010. Powered by its SeeB remix, released in December (after the song first arrived in its original form on Posner's EP The Truth in June), "Ibiza" gains by 16 percent to 59,000 downloads sold in the week ending March 3, according to Nielsen Music, although it retreats a spot on the Digital Songs chart (9-10). It zooms 21-14 onStreaming Songs (9.2 million U.S. streams, up 14 percent) and 28-18 on Radio Songs(50 million in airplay audience, up 19 percent).
|
Zara Larsson & MNEK, "Never Forget You"
Quote:
Swedish singer Larsson and British crooner MNEK each earn their first top 40 Hot 100 hit, as the dance-pop song surges 58-34. It charges onto Digital Songs at No. 20 (35,000, up 101 percent) and enters Streaming Songs at No. 49 (4.8 million up 26 percent), while nearing Radio Songs (26 million, up 33 percent).
|
Zayn, "It's You"
Quote:
From Zara to Zayn: the former One Directioner bullets at No. 6 on the Hot 100 with "Pillowtalk," which blasted onto the chart at No. 1 four weeks ago. As that official first single from his debut album, Mind of Mine, due March 25 (the one-year anniversary of his departure from 1D) keeps gaining in airplay, jumping 24-15 on Radio Songs (53 million, up 15 percent), a second song from the set arrives, as "It's You" hits the Hot 100 at No. 59. It bows at No. 19 on Digital Songs (36,000 in its first week) and drew 3.4 million streams.

.
Flo Rida, "Hello Friday," feat. Jason Derulo
Quote:
The collab (no, it's not a mash-up of Adele and Rebecca Black's hits) enters the Hot 100 at No. 79. The stand-alone single debuts with 34,000 sold in its first week and begins on Digital Songs at No. 21. In the Hot 100's top 10, Flo Rida hits a new high with current smash "My House" (5-4).
|
Lady Gaga, "Til It Happens to You"
Quote:
Following Gaga's performance of the Academy Award-nominated song on the Feb. 28 Oscars broadcast, coupled with new promotion, the song debuts at No. 95 on the Hot 100. It's her 22nd entry on the chart dating to her 2008 debut with "Just Dance" (featuring Colby O'Donis). Sales are the greatest driver of the song, which enters Digital Songs at No. 27 with 28,000 (up 2,121 percent from 1,000 in the prior tracking week). That sum accounts for 39 percent of its 71,000 sold to date, since its September release. "Til" also earned 1 million streams (up 546 percent) in the tracking week.

Ugh I hate making predictions for the 2nd half of the Hot 100. Everything so close down there and you can easily be off by 10 positions, but lots of stuff happening this week.
