Sis Don't think about EVERYTHING at the same time, that's the quickest way to lose your way. Take things day by day as they come and focus on the most important things going on for you at the moment and the rest of the stuff will fall in line. Set some goals (weekly or monthly) and every day work towards those goals. You'll start feeling better about yourself because you'll be working towards something. Even if you don't reach those goals, you're moving and continuing to work towards them.
Write down your goal on your desk by your computer of on your wall, anywhere where you can see it clearly every day to remind yourself. Then make a schedule for yourself that will keep you on track for your goal. The best way to do this is to time-block it out.
ex:
6am-8am -get ready for the day (pushups/situps, breakfast, brush teeth, shower, get clothes on)
8am-9am - classwork
9am-10am- study
10am-11am - call your family or spend time with family and be as positive as you can during this meeting
etc. etc.
