Xtina had a big peak because she released her first album in 2000 while Bey did it three years later and if you want to compare, both peaks were huge.

She is. For example, in my country where pop music isn't very popular, she is a star. She's always been global despite your denial and her sales and touring stats are prove to that. You just have to deal with it and stop hating.
When MTV used to play videos, her videos were played a lot and in my continent, she topped their most requested videos list plenty of times.
She had two back to back 10+ million album selling eras with hits. Plus Stripped was one of the biggest eras during her time. In fact, Beyonce has yet to have a big of an era as Xtina.
