The only singles you listed with actual physical single releases were ...Baby One More Time, From the Bottom of My Broken Heart, and Stronger. The others weren't released at all or only limited to limited edition vinyls.
For example, Oops!... I Did It Again was released only on a limited edition 12" vinyl yet broke radio spin records in it's first week, which is why it managed to chart high and From the Bottom of My Broken heart was released as a single and was the 8th best selling physical single of the decade but didn't get much airplay so it only peaked within the top 15.
