Janet, sheryl and Day 26 aren't really flops. They're not out from the charts yet and they're really close to get a gold certification from the shipped copies.
On the other hand, Lil' Mama and Ashlee Simpson's cases are really sad.
^If you're talking about Natasha, I'd say its because by the time the CD was released, the airplay of Love Like This was decreasing, and at the point where Pocketful of Sunshine was released as a single the CD had already fallen down the chart
