It's weird too because I don't even care about presents. I really just wanted to see family, but we've been on bad terms for months now. I just can't with Christmas this year.

Christmas is more exciting when you're younger. I'm still remembering how excited I used to be on Christmas Eve. I'm trying to channel those feelings.
This is the most excited I've been for Christmas, to be honest. It's my first adult Christmas, and the last Christmas that I'll be receiving gifts. I'm enjoying every last moment of it.

I fixed the Christmas tree. My bf placed the lights in our front yard. There's a few gifts under the tree. Unfortunately some of my family members are flying to Canada so it's just gonna be us two and some friends who'll come over.
I already bought most of the ingredients I'll need. My menu is simple yet diverse. .
