There are obvious comparisons to be found in TTWE and Ke$ha's own material (most pronounced comparisons probably come from We R Who We R with the break in the middle, and maybe the structure similar to Cannibal, however the comparisons to Blow have little merit at all) however the term generic is being used inappropriately here. It doesn't sound at all like that of a David Guetta, Cruz like dance music.
It's just that easy to throw the "generic card" these days after NMT & BTW...
