after the honeymoon release period for Joanne, i would say this is a solid 7 or even 7.5 for me.
a great reinvention for gaga to right the wrongs she's done from the late BTW era to ARTPOP era
it's not a limit-pushing record and i believe she could go further than this w/ those co-workers
maybe it's due to the "i'm gonna add a TFM bridge" idea or the "multinational popstar" image
but overall, it's a great direction for her.
