Getting the B was the worst thing I could have done on ATRL. To add insult to injury, the last straw came from indirectly shading Mother Perrysa, of all people. The ATRL withdrawals that I had to endure in the first week was BRUTAL to say the least. Never again, mates.
Her hair is so PERFECT. I'm so glad she finally took the plunge and cut it, I've been waiting ever since the GG when she had it pinned up.
Also, please no to a Red Tour movie. DVD/CD yes please, I'll buy it. A movie? It would do very well I'm sure, but there is no need for her to go down that route. She needs to make a separation between the tween acts and herself clear to the public.
please, for the love of god, no tour movie i would love a dvd, but no movie please. It'd probably flop because they always do.
i surprising like the new hair, but i was just starting to really love her wavy hair
Her previous hair > Start of NA Red Shows > current Hair > Aus/NZ Shows > Middle to End of NA Shows ()
But I don't want to own a Katy Perry album. I want to own a Taylor Swift album. That's what's so disappointing about MM.
RED worked because the songs still had the quirkiness that Taylor expresses. I fear what an album full of MM songs will sound like...
Lord/Shellback/MM
I only see one of these 3 names on PRISM, so I fail to see the relevance.
Compare instead w/:
Megan & Liz "Release You"
Avril Lavigne "What The Hell"
Miranda Cosgrove "Dancing Crazy"
P!nk "Raise Your Glass" / "So What"
Taylor lost a lot of her singles power in the SN era so IKYWT and WANEGBT were necessary. Still I don't want her to make too many songs with MM as much as I love his contributions to Red. That being said WANEGBT is Taylor's most acclaimed single. I remember that it made several of the Pitchfork critics year end lists as did 22 weirdly enough.
Aside from Begin Again, all of the MM tracks were were more acclaimed than the other singles. The title track, EHC and TLT were relentlessly dragged to the pits by critics and the general public. The MM tracks even garnered more favourable reviews than the "flawless" Safe and Sound.
I am also confused with the stale jabs at the Hip-Hop and RnB rumours. Doesn't Pitchfork and those other pretentious publications circle jerk 24/7 to those genres? If so, I don't know why y'all drag her for it when y'all want the acclaim and legend status.

THAT "BURN" PERF. The PEAK dance moves, I physically can't. Wish Ellie would have stopped hogging all the vocals. Although to be honest the tone is way too high pitched for the Lord Her scratchy vocal.
