Yes the Republicans will cut taxes, but has promised to do so they will cut federal spending on welfare, health care, etc. They will increase spending on military though.

The problem is not jobs (I mean we are at 4.9% unemployment) or taxes. It's wages. Republicans can't grasp that concept for some reason.
