wooh the finale is kinda slaying. i just with there was another episode focussed on john, countess and sally, because i dont like their endings.

The finale was so good. It was easily the best finale in the entire series. I loved how they tied up loose ends without killing off everyone (I see you, Freak Show). I loved what they did with Liz, Sally and Gaga's characters. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the way this season ended.

For me:
Asylum > Coven > Hotel > Murder House > Freak Show

The only thing I didn't like was Bille Dean having so much screen time which could have been used to explain Bartholomew & the Addiction Demon.

I feel like Bartholomew could have been explained in last weeks ****** episode and the Addiction Demon in this one (rather than having Billie Dean be on for SO long).

I'd disagree that Asylum and Hotel pushed viewers away for similar reasons. Asylum was due to the reasons you listed but Hotel just started to go flat. Viewers had no reason to tune in. There was no ending that the viewer was invested in.

And Hotel is not one of the best seasons OMFG. Asylum is though. Of course this is all my opinion.

Under the barometer of Live + 3 ratings, last week’s AHS: Hotel saw a 123% among the 18-49s and a 115% lift in total viewers. Over, the run of AHS: Hotel, up to and including last week’s episode, the show has averaged an 87% jump among adults 18-49 in Live + 3 ratings and moved up 83% in its total audience. That viewership has been around 5.62 million in the DVR metric with 3.78 million in the key demo.

To pull back to a larger perspective, according to FX, AHS: Hotel is averaging 10.5 million total viewers across all linear and non-linear platforms. Looking at digital streaming in isolation, AHS: Hotel is up 21% in viewers over AHS: Freak Show – so maybe in a season or two we’ll be seeing AHS: Online?

Well, what do you consider the two best seasons then?


I'm just going off the reasons why my friends stopped tuning in for Hotel. They said it was too sexual and the blood/gore of the Ten Commandments Killer was a huge turnoff. I personally don't understand those reasons, but that's what I'm going by.

Most people complain about the lack of horror ! the only thing he can do is to put some REAL monsters ! + I dont think killing 10 people per episode is necessary + this is not a sims game so not everyone is bi !
