That was a collective warning for your multiple shady posts in that thread.
I got a wall post and then checked it, but then I got another one at the same time as I did that and now "1 Notification" is stuck on my page. I clicked it plenty of times + clicked both wall posts + logged out and in again. Nothing has happened.
EDIT: I got another wall post afterwards and it showed 2 Notifications, then I clicked it and it went back to 1.

Try posting on your wall, checking the notification and then deleting that post.

The other warning you got was for taking somebody's positive post about Lorde, quoting it and mutilating it by editing it into something completely negative and then saying "hey don't be so harsh on Lorde!"
