Well to be honest, I don't know how to answer that, because I can't imagine a member letting you do that. But then again, I've seen members posting that H-I-M gif, so who knows.

Yep.

It's impossible for us to keep up who said it's allowed and who didn't. A person could tell someone it's allowed, only to then report it anyway and get him banned claiming he never allowed it.

This is why we can't have nice things. Stuff like that makes it much easier to just not allow it altogether.

As far as I know, we do allow you to post someone's avatar AT YOUR OWN RISK. If the person removes the avatar we often have no proof he had the avatar in the first place and you could still be reported for it. So just be smart and don't.

But then again, if the mods actually remember that this person did have the avatar, we obviously know he's tricking someone and that doesn't end well for him. We don't like being lied to, and we don't like foul play on ATRL
