Who You Are moreso since the lyrics apply to everyone. Skyscraper works, but it's less in the lyrics and more in knowing Demetria's story. The chorus works tho.

Then it's got the bluntness, the real life situation, the inside perspective

P.S. Do you think that an empowering song can be dark in the verses and empowering in the chorus, in order to tell the whole story, or does it have to be empowering the entire way through? I have a very much story telling song which is dark yet empowering in the chorus and bridge. Every time i try to write a full empowerment song it comes of as cheesy.
