Declining , last time i checked lady gaga has never had a +1mill US opening sales , and really shes only had one single that underperformed and that judas , yet everyone praised that song on here when it was released. Born this way was her biggest hit , is that a decline , TEOG peak #3 2mill+ Sales , Y and I , Peak # 6 for a ballad. Lets see , Paparazzi peaked at #6 , and Telephone peaked and #3. Thats basically the same. The VMAS were all about Gaga , they used her image to promote the show , im sure they wouldn't promote a declining artist. So please sit down
